Acceptance: By accessing or using grpcnode.com (the "Site"), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

Purpose and services: The Site provides information about our Solana gRPC services, waitlist forms, informational content, and may include referral programs or promotions. Some services may be beta or subject to availability.

Eligibility: You must have legal capacity to contract and the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. The Site is not directed to children under 16.

Registration and communications: You may provide your email to join the waitlist or receive communications. You must ensure information is accurate and updated. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in emails or by contacting legal@grpcnode.com.

Acceptable use: You agree not to (a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; (c) introduce malware, malicious bots, unauthorized scrapers or overload the Site; (d) bypass security measures (including captcha); (e) use the Site for fraudulent, defamatory, abusive or unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property: The Site, design, content, trademarks, logos and software are owned by Solana gRPC Services Ltd. or licensors. No license is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Site under these Terms.

User content: If you submit content, you represent you have sufficient rights and that it does not violate the law. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce and display such content to operate and promote the Site and our services.

Referrals and promotions: Referral, incentive or promotional programs may be offered subject to specific campaign terms. We may verify eligibility, prevent abuse, and modify or cancel campaigns at any time.

Third-party services and links: The Site may integrate third-party services (analytics, captcha, hosting) or link to external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Availability and changes: The Site is provided "as is" and availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or force majeure. We may modify or discontinue the Site or parts of it at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted, Solana gRPC Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, goodwill or business interruption. The total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you actually paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the event.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solana gRPC Services Ltd., its officers and employees from third-party claims arising from your use of the Site in violation of these Terms or the law.

Force majeure: We are not responsible for failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier failures, power/network outages, labor disputes or governmental actions.

Changes to the Terms: We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted with the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations in corporate transactions, ensuring the assignee assumes these Terms. You may not assign without our prior written consent.

Severability: If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to reflect its original intent as closely as possible without affecting the remainder.

Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the courts of George Town, Grand Cayman.
